Based on Double Taxation Agreement between Vietnam and Korea, the salary of Mr.Jung Gun Young (Korean national) at Korea Institute of Environmental Technology and Industry office (KEITI). KEITI is a public organization serving the work of the Goverment of Korea and the salary is paid from the budget of the Korean Goverment, so the salary of Mr Jung Gun Jong is exempted from personal income tax (PIT) at Vietnam.
